Well it’s your friendly bray based photographer again (Cheesy I know). I just thought I would share some images from a recent shoot with the wonderful Altissimo Quintet. I have photographed them before; those pictures are up on my Facebook if you want to have a look. They wanted to update their shots and it was great that they gave me a shout. We shot down on the sea front in Bray (I know, very easy for me, living just up the road) I swear I did not try to influence that decision at all. We got a great variety of images on the day with a very informal feel to the shoot. You can see a few more images from the shoot on their Facebook page and find out about when and where they will be playing next ( Amazing musicians so well worth checking them out )
Well here is my final image from my shoot on Monday last. Its from the 3rd collection “ Sweet like Candy “ The look I wanted for these shots was a bit of a mix of the first two, I wanted that high- key look while keeping some soft skin tones for a porcelain doll effect. It’s also the perfect look to finish with because this shoot was so Sweet ! Not only the great crew we worked with on the day but also a super way to start my new blog and on top of all that so so nice to see the images used on the RTE.ie web site with a feature about Georgina’s hats. So if you would like to see some more of the images from the shoot you can you can head to the link below. Our model for this shot was Niamh Geaney, As before our Hair stylist was Joy Hawkridge and the Make up Artist was Aisling Eyre.
This is another image from my shoot on Monday with Georgina Heffernan Millinery. On the day we did three different looks and this is from the second set “ The Heritage Look “ I liked the way all three sets had a very different feel. The first set with model Lena was all about the beauty look with soft smooth skin tones, where as in this set it became all about the graphic with the skin tones going very high key. Our model for this shot was Niamh Geaney, I love the pose she did for this shot, for some reason it just works with the hat. As before our Hair stylist was Joy Hawkridge and the Make up Artist was Aisling Eyre.
Well here is the first post of my new blog and what a great note to start on. This Monday I did a shoot with my sister Georgina, She has turned into an amazing milliner with a wonderful eye for design. The day itself turned out to be a lot of fun, We got an amazing team together for it and I owe them all a big thanks, not only for there creative input but also for quite a few laughs. Our model for this shot was Lena Zellehoff, Hair was by Joy Hawkridge and the make up artist was Aisling Eyre.
